Call me defeatist, but I’m sorry - a Facebook page is never going to cause an actual movement. I just saw one for “Lower the drinking age to 18!”. Okay, this debate has been going on and on for years, do you seriously think that by getting people “become a fan” of this, the courts are suddenly going to decide to change it? No.

Drive-Thru Problem
The most annoying (albeit friendly) thing that people working at drive-thrus can do is say “Hi, how are you?”. Is that code for “can I take your order?” or does it mean “hi, let me stall while I finish up a few things first”. It’s just so awkward.

It's Called Proofreading
I was in the car before driving around with the radio on. A commercial for some club in the hamptons came on and they were talking about a new Monday club night they have. The announcer in the (pre-recorded and repeating) commercial said “Come check us out for TGMF - that’s TGMF, Thank God it’s Finally Monday.

Check out the review that BGR did on it before you commit, it looks like it’s pretty good though. A lot of the cues are taken from the iPhone but I guess that’s do be expected since they’re trying to enter the same part of the market. I gotta see this thing when you get it.

Palm Pre
This is probably the one smartphone that I’ve seen since the release of the iPhone that I’d consider getting if the iPhone wasn’t around. It seems like the OS is really fun to use and it has a lot of the features that I’d want in a phone.
Only problem: If the iPhone didn’t exist, I’m sure the Pre wouldn’t be what it is today, if it existed at all.
